Freedom to Move’s principal teacher, Richard Tasker, has been working with the Alexander Technique for 20 years, the last 16 as a teacher, qualifying in 1989.

He has worked with a number of sportspeople including marathon runners, triathletes, golfers, tennis players, horse riders.

All have reported improvement in their performances.

Most recently he has worked with Andrew Walters who finished 11th in the 2005 Gold Coast Marathon and was a member of the Queensland team which won the national title.
